Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easement offered the City:

Water Easement WE-817, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Sinai Samaritan Medical Center, Inc., a Wisconsin Corporation, for a permanent water main easement in North 13th Street (vac.) from West Kilbourn Avenue to West State Street, in the City of Milwaukee

is accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
