WHEREAS, Travaux Inc. solicited sealed bids by Official Notice Number 58071 during the period January 14, 2022 through February 7, 2022 for Concrete Footings and Foundations for Phase 4A Townhomes (Westlawn Renaissance VII) at Westlawn Gardens Phase 2; and

WHEREAS, one sealed bid was received by the deadline of 2:00 PM (CST) on February 7, 2022; and

WHEREAS, the sealed bid was received and publicly opened on February 7, 2022, during which the bidding procedure was conducted in compliance with the requirements of local, state, and federal regulations; and

WHEREAS, Oostburg Concrete Products Inc., a qualified and competent bidder, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the amount of $558,808.00; therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of Travaux Inc. that it hereby authorizes and approves accepting the bid of and entering into a contract with Oostburg Concrete Products Inc. for Concrete Footings and Foundations for Phase 4A Townhomes (Westlawn Renaissance VII) at Westlawn Gardens Phase 2; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds for these services will come from Westlawn Renaissance VII Mixed Financing; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of Travaux Inc. be and hereby are authorized and directed to properly execute said contract for and on behalf of Travaux Inc.; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that if any extensions of the time of performance are needed, the officers of Travaux Inc. may approve such request without any further action of the Board of Directors of Travaux Inc.; and, be it
