Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the final plat of The Homes at Brewers Hill Commons, being a division of Lots 4 through 8 in Block 17, of Sherman's Addition in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 20, also Lots 7 through 16 and part of Lots 17 and 19 and vacated North Killian Place in Block 12 of Park Addition in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, all being in Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 21; thence South 00 deg. 33 min. 14 sec. East along the west line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 21, 1342.02 feet to the north line of West Brown Street and the point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning South 88 deg. 56 min. 19 sec. West along the north line of said West Brown Street, 87.08 feet to the east line of North Hubbard Street; thence North 00 deg. 42 min. 58 sec. West along the east line of said North Hubbard Street, 250.43 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 17 of Sherman's Addition; thence North 89 deg. 03 min. 14 sec.
