Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residential (RM2) to Multi-Family Residential (RM6) on land located on the East Side of North 23rd Street and South of West Wells Street, in the 4th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will permit an accessory surface parking lot for an existing apartment building.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-501(2)(c).0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along North 23rd Street, a line 56 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Wells Street, a line 156 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Wells Street and a line 115 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 23rd Street, from Multi-Family Residential (RM2) to Multi-Family Residential (RM6).
