Analysis
This ordinance explicitly prohibits the operator of a motor bus from leaving such vehicle unattended on any street upon which heavy traffic is prohibited.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-18-2 of the code is amended to read:
101-18. Heavy Traffic of 3 Tons and Over.
2. UNATTENDED VEHICLES PROHIBITED. No operator of any >>motor bus,<< semitrailer or truck tractor, as defined in s. 340.01 >>(31),<< (57) and (73), Wis. Stats., or any vehicle in excess of 3 tons may leave any such vehicle unattended on any street on which heavy traffic is prohibited under sub. 1. This section does not prohibit the temporary parking of such vehicles while they are being used to perform a service or make deliveries.
