Analysis

This ordinance adds W. Lincoln Avenue from S. 27^th Street/S. Layton Boulevard to S. 35^th Street to the list of those streets on which heavy trucking, 3 tons and over, is prohibited.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-18-1 of the code relating to heavy trucking prohibited is amended by adding:

On W. Lincoln Avenue from S. 27^th Street/S. Layton Boulevard to S. 35^th Street.
