Title
An ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West North Avenue from North 58th Street to a point 40 feet east
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-k of the Code relating to Parking for the Physically Disabled is amended by adding the following:
The first legal parking space on the south side of East Belleview Place west of North Downer Avenue
On the east side of North Downer Avenue from a point 140 feet north of East Belleview Place to a point 20 feet north thereof
The first legal parking space on the west side of North Jefferson Street north of East Wells Street
The first legal parking space on the south side of East Menomonee Street west of North Milwaukee Street
The first legal parking space on the south side of East Park Place west of North Downer Avenue
