Title
Substitute ordinance approving the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residential (RM2) to Multi-Family Residential (RM4), on land located on the East Side of South 3rd Street between West Pierce Street and West Bruce Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance initiated by City of Milwaukee staff corrects a zoning map error that alters the setback requirements to reflect the urban character of the neighborhood.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501(3)(c).0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Pierce Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of South 3rd Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Bruce Street and a line 150 feet East and parallel to the east line of South 3rd Street, from Multi-Family Residential (RM2) to Multi-Family Residential (RM4).
