Minutes note: The City Clerk put the question: Have the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee, and any written exceptions, if filed, in this matter? All members indicated they had done so. The City Clerk inquired whether Mr. Jason Metke was present and wished to address the Common Council. Mr. Metke was present by counsel. Ald. Witkowiak moved that the Common Council enter the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from both Mr. Metke and the office of the City Attorney. Attorney Brian Mularski appeared on behalf of Mr. Metke. Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared on behalf of the office of the City Attorney. Ald. Witkowiak moved that the committee rise.
