This resolution authorizes and directs the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a project agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) for the programming and construction of North Green Bay Avenue (STH 57) from West Villard Avenue to the North City Limits with Federal/State aid. This project is included in the WISDOT's current State Trunk Highway program for improvement. The City is responsible for 25% of the preliminary engineering costs on the project in accordance with WISDOT policy. City costs for the construction of this project will be dependent upon parking allowed. The estimated total cost of the project is $964,000, of which the City share is $100,750. The total estimated preliminary engineering cost of the project is 144,000, of which the City's share is $36,000. This resolution also directs the City Comptroller to transfer funds for preliminary engineering for the project. ____________________________________________________________
