Title
Resolution authorizing the execution of a parking lot usage agreement between the Harley-Davidson Museum, LLC and the City of Milwaukee acting on behalf of the Milwaukee Fire Department.
Analysis
This resolution authorizes the execution of a parking lot usage agreement to allow the Fire Department to conduct a recruiting event for its Fire Cadet Program on October 21, 2012, on a portion of the Harley-Davidson Museum parking lot.
Body
Whereas, The Milwaukee Fire Department desires to conduct a recruiting event for its Fire Cadet Program which will be open to the public on a portion of the Harley-Davidson Museum parking lot; and
 
Whereas, The Harley-Davidson Museum is willing to permit the Fire Department to use its facilities pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in a parking lot usage agreement in substantially the form which is attached to this file; and
 
Whereas, The Common Council desires to authorize the execution and delivery of the parking lot usage agreement to allow the Fire Department to conduct its recruiting event; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the parking lot usage agreement is approved and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute the parking lot usage agreement, a copy of which is attached to this file, with such final non-substantive revisions as may be approved by the Fire Department and the City Attorney.
