Analysis

This resolution approves a contract between WPS and the City of Milwaukee for run out of claims from 2005 not processed until 2006 under the City’s Basic Plan.

Body

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has asked WPS to pay appropriately on all 2005 claims that may not be received or processed until 2006; and

 

Whereas, The attached contract describes the services to be provided by WPS in 2006 and the fees to be paid by the City of Milwaukee for this run out service; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the appropriate City officials are authorized to sign the contract attached to this file between WPS and the City of Milwaukee related to run out of 2005 claims account in 2006.
