This resolution will cancel weed cutting charges placed on the 2000 Tax Roll in error.

Whereas, Weed cutting charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 2000; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 2000 Tax Roll by canceling the weed cutting charges in the amount of $60 to the possessor of the 2000 tax bill for Key Number 196-0168-1 also known as 5460 N. 12th Street, chargeable to Fund Number 0001 5457 636508 39D1; and be it

Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
