THE CHAIR questioned whether all members of the Common Council present at the meeting had read the report and recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee and written exceptions, if filed, relative to the foregoing recommendations.
A roll call vote showed the following results:
Ayes: 17 - Ald. Pratt, D'Amato, Henningsen, Schramm, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Frank, Richards, Butler, Scherbert, Witkowiak, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Kalwitz.
Noes: 0.
Excused: 0.
The CHAIR asked whether any of the following applicants were present and wished to address the Council.
Worth Rathsack, the applicant nor his council were present.
Elizabeth F. Harris, present and wished to address the council.
ALD. BUTLER moved to go into the Committee of the Whole to hear from the applicant and the City Attorney's Office.
The applicant was sworn in.
PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
Elizabeth F. Harris and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Committee relative to the foregoing matter.
ALD. SCHRAMM moved that the Committee do now rise.
The motion prevailed.
Abdulhakim N. Azzam appeared with his counsel and wished to address the Council.
ALD. WITKOWIAK moved to go into the Committee of the Whole to hear from the applicant's attorney and the City Attorney's Office.

Attorney Dominic Frinzi and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrmipf appeared and addressed the Committee relative to the foregoing matter.
ALD. FRANK moved that the Committee do now rise.
The motion prevailed.
ALD. BUTLER moved to amend the recommendation to a renewal with a 60 day suspension.
The motion failed by the following vote:
Ayes: 6 - Ald. D'Amato, Schramm, Richards, Butler, Pawlinski and Nardelli.
Noes: 11 - Ald. Pratt, Henningsen, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Frank, Scherbert, Witkowiak, Breier, Murphy, Hines and President Kalwitz.
Robert W. Currie, The applicant and his counsel were present and wished to address the Council.
