BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $440 payable to Attorney D. Michael Guerin of Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin and Brown Law office, Two Plaza East, 300 E. Kilbourn Avenue, Suite 1170, Milwaukee, WI  53202 to reimburse him for legal fees for defense of Police Officers Steven Braunreiter and Charles Cross; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the check is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Fire & Police Discipline & Citizen Complaint Account No. 636506, Fund - 0001, Organization - 1490, Program - 2631, Sub Class S198.
