Substitute resolution relative to application for the HIV Women's Intensive Case Management Grant.

ANLS:

This resolution authorizes the Health Department to apply for a HIV Women's Intensive Case Management Grant from the Ryan White Title II. The purpose of the grant is to provide intensive case management for women with HIV infection within the Title II target area.

BODY:

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee appears to be eligible for grant funds from the Ryan White Title II Fund to provide intensive case management for women with HIV infection within the Title II target area; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to the Ryan White Title II Fund is authorized.
