Ben Weiland, Legislative Aide for the 10th district, at the table. Mr. Weiland says that the alderman's office would like the matter held due to a family medical issue and a recent occurrance at the bar that was not added to the police report. He says that the alderman would like to appear on the item. Atty. Bobbit objected to the matter being held, and the chair decided that the item would be heard.
