Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North 49th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street from one hour before to one hour after stadium events except where No Parking Any Time is in effect"
"On the east side of North 5th Street from West Michigan Street to the first east/west alley north thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 20th Street from the south curb line of West Hadley Street to a point 60 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the west side of South 4th Street from a point 153 feet south of the south curb line of West National Avenue to a point 40 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the west side of South 9th Street from West Mineral Street to West Washington Street at any time"
"On the east side of North Cambridge Avenue from the south line of the first east/west alley north of East North Avenue to a point 25 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North Cambridge Avenue from a point 75 feet north of the north curb line of East North Avenue to a point 125 feet north thereof at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North 49th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street from one hour before to one hour after stadium events except where No Parking Any Time is in effect
On the east side of North Lovers Lane Road from West Bobolink Avenue to a point 70 feet south
On the south side of West Capitol Drive from North 67th Street to a point 80 feet west
