Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Office to Industrial-Light on land located on the North Side of East Keefe Avenue and East of North 1st Street, in the 6th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance was initiated in conjunction with a City land sale of property at 3613 North Palmer Street, which is zoned Industrial Light (IL2).

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801(2).0007. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within East Nash Street, the zoning line within North 1st Street, the zoning line within East Keefe Avenue, the centerline of North Palmer Street, a line 127.5 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Keefe Avenue, a line 141 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 1st Street, a line 165 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Keefe Avenue and a line 115 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 1st Street, from Industrial-Office (IO2) to Industrial-Light (IL2).
