Whereas, To facilitate closing of Year 2009 financial books, rescinding a reserved commitment from 2009 Common Contingent Fund is necessary; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the $40,000 encumbered in the 2009 Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) be rescinded and placed back in the 2009 Common Council Contingent Fund.
