Analysis

This ordinance corrects a mapping error for existing commercial properties.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-601(2).0017. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 68th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Fairview Avenue, a line 93.01 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Fairview Avenue and a line 120 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 67th Street, from Two-Family Residential (RT3) to Local Business (LB2).
