Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
9th Aldermanic District
N. 60th St. - W. Hemlock St. to City Limits (Including W. Mill Rd. to W. Green Tree Rd.) (ST216230106) File Number 230186: Asphalt pavement resurfacing and replace ADA ramps. (Nonassessable High Impact Paving Fund -- $475,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $485,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.

S. 29th St. - W. Oklahoma Ave. to 120’ South of W. Euclid Ave. (SM495240020) File Number 231828: Relaying storm sewer. Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $531,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $551,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.
