Asst. City Attorney Robin Pederson at the table as is Capt. Patrick Mitchell of District 7.
Ald. Kovac moves to make the sworn charges for revocation, the summons to the licensee, the addendum police report for the premises at 3040 W. Atkinson Avenue, the additional PA-33 incident reports and the notice to the license and notice of hearing part of the official record. Prevailed 5-0.
The licensee says that he is not disputing the items in the sworn complaint.
Ald. Hamilton asks Mr. Brown why he was not more forthcoming with the police at the beginning of the investigation. Mr. Brown says that he was nervous when first being questioned by police.
Ald. Bohl asks Mr. Brown if he wants to surrender the license.
Atty. Pederson says that the city is not opposed to accepting a surrender of a license without written notification
The licensee signed a form stipulating that the license will be surrendered by the licensee.

Ald. Kovac moves to accept the surrender of the license and the committee will make no findings on the charges for revocation so they may be reconsidered if the licensee seeks to regain his license in the future. Prevailed 4-0. (Ald. Zielinski excused)
