Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West North Avenue from North 59th Street to a point 55 feet east
On the east side of North 59th Street from West North Avenue to a point 50 feet north
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West North Avenue from North 59th Street to a point 55 feet east thereof at any time”
“On the east side of North 59th Street from West North Avenue to a point 50 feet north thereof at any time”
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Lauer Street from West Brittany Way to a point 110 feet north
On the west side of North 60th Street from a point 780 feet south of West Green Tree Road to a point 80 feet south thereof
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 31st Street from West Manitoba Street to West Oklahoma Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Permit
Part 5. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-away Zones is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West North Avenue from North 59th Street to a point 55 feet east
On the east side of North 59th Street from West North Avenue to a point 50 feet north
Part 6. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:
On South 24th Street from West Scott Street to West Greenfield Avenue
