Whereas, Snow removal charges were made against parcels of real estate in 1997 (these properties belong to Milwaukee County); now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 1997 Tax Roll by cancelling $148.92 of snow removal charges against the following Tax Key Numbers:
689-9970-100-4 (also known as 6001 S. 13th St),$12.00,
689-9971-110-7 (also known as 1565 ADJ W. Ramsey), $23.80,
498-0016-111-7 (also known as 2601-2629 S. Chase), $59.92,
498-0002-9 (also known as 2472 S. 1st St.), $53.20
and the amount in this resolution is to be charged to Fund Number 01-565-9472-073 and, be it
Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
