Stamper said that we have talked about how to improve these mechanisms and invited Brian Davis - National Director of the HomeServe/NLCSLWP and Germaine Reed to start a discussion. Kurt Sprangers and Patrick Pauly were present as well. Mr. Davis made a power point presentation that was added to the file. Mr. Pauly said that we have 164,000 water services in the City of Milwaukee and that there are about 600 services failures per year which is a very low percentage (less than 2%) to endorse a service like this. Ald. Chambers said that according to his experience, this service will take the problem off from the City's end and that this company would be responsible for it. Ald. Bauman said that the conversation will continue for exploring other options of services.	Pass	5:0
