Passage of this substitute ordinance will place existing residential property in a zoning category that reflects its current use.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-130(10).0022. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for (a) the area in that part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee bounded by an area commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of North Fratney Street and the centerline of East Burleigh Street; thence Easterly along the centerline of East Burleigh Street to the intersection of the CMC Heartland Partners former railroad right-of-way; thence running Northwesterly along the Southwest edge of the CMC Heartland Partners former railroad right-of-way to the intersection with the centerline of North Fratney Street; thence Southerly along the centerline of North Fratney Street to the centerline of East Burleigh Street; and (b) the area in that part the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee bounded by an area commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of North Bremen Street and the centerline of East Chambers Street; thence Easterly along the centerline of East Chambers Street to the inters...
