Title
Resolution permitting a minor modification to the Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Honey Creek IV, located on the North Side of West Chester Street and East of North 92nd Street, in the 16th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This resolution will allow for modifications to the site plan that were not part of the previously approved detailed plan.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-907(i) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits modifications to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development known as Honey Creek IV was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on May 14, 2002, under File No. 011153; and
Whereas, Opus North is requesting to modify the previously approved plans to allow for the removal of 10 surface parking stalls to the interior of the building and addition of concrete steps and walkways on the East Side of the building for building code purposes; and
Whereas, The proposed modifications to the site plan are consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved detailed plan, will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the minor modification to allow for modifications to the site plan that were not previously approved as part of the Detailed Planned Development are approved.
