Whereas, The Hearing Examiner hired by the Utilities and Licenses Committee held an evidentiary hearing on May 29, 2002 relative to the renewal of the licensed dwelling facility license of Katz Children's Trust for the premises at 2537 N. Farwell Ave; and

Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee approved the renewal recommendation of the Hearing Examiner on June 14, 2002, voting unanimously (3 ayes, 0 noes) to recommend renewal of said license; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, hereby accepts the recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee to recommend renewal of the licensed dwelling facility license (rooming house) of Katz Children's Trust for the premises at 2537 N. Farwell Ave., based upon a finding that said licensed dwelling facility has been operated in accordance with the relevant ordinances; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Commissioner of Neighborhood Services is authorized and directed to grant the licensed dwelling facility license for the premises at 2537 N. Farwell Ave. to Katz Children's Trust.
