Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential (RT3) to Local Business (LB2) on land located on the West Side of North Teutonia Avenue and North of West Keefe Avenue, in the 10th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will consolidate land into a single base zoning district for an existing car wash and service station.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501.2(c).0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by a line 120 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Finn Place, a line 152.68 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Finn Place, a line 346.36 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 20th Street and a line 380.36 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 20th Street, from Two-Family Residential (RT3) to Local Business (LB2).
