Body
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has awarded contracts for High Impact Paving in 2015; and

Whereas, The Village of Shorewood has requested that the following local streets: North Marlborough Drive from North Wilson Drive to East Congress Street; North Wildwood Avenue from North Wilson Drive to East Congress Street; and North Larkin Street from East Kensington Boulevard to East Glendale Avenue be included in the City of Milwaukee contract; and

Whereas, The contractor has agreed to perform the work at the City of Milwaukee bid prices; and

Whereas, The Village of Shorewood will be billed upon completion of the work; and

Whereas, The estimated cost is $125,000 and the project grant number is ST214150102; and

Whereas, This project is programmed for construction in 2015; and

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding with the Village of Shorewood for the rehabilitation of three local streets in the Village of Shorewood , copies of which are attached to Common Council Resolution File Number 150719, and are incorporated by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the City of Milwaukee is hereby authorized to bill the Village of Shorewood for costs incurred for the improvement.
