This resolution approves the 1999 Operating Plan for the Downtown Milwaukee Riverwalk Business Improvement District No. 15.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee under File No. 931824, adopted March 31, 1994, approved the creation of Business Improvement District No. 15 ("BID No. 15") and approved the initial Operating Plan ("Operating Plan") for BID No. 15; and
Whereas, In subsequent years the 1995, 1996, 1997, and 1998 Operating Plans have been approved by the Board of BID No. 15 and the Common Council; and
Whereas, The Board of BID No. 15, on October 29, 1998, approved the 1999 Operating Plan, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the 1999 Operating Plan for Business Improvement District No. 15 (Downtown Milwaukee Riverwalk); and, be it
Further Resolved, That all City officials, departments, boards and commissions are authorized and directed to take all such actions and to provide such assistance needed to carry out the intent and purpose of this resolution and the implementation of the development and operation of the Downtown Milwaukee Riverwalk project through BID No. 15.
