A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of E. Juneau Avenue from N. Prospect Avenue to the dead end from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM from May 1 to November 1"
"On the north side of W. Rogers Street from S. 35th Street to S. 36th Street at any time"
"On the west side of N. Sherman Boulevard from the north curb line of W. Eggert Place to a point 70 feet north thereof at any time"
"W. Ruby Street from N. 36th Street to W. Hopkins Street"
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On W. Orchard Street from the railroad tracks west to S. 43rd Street"
"On the north side of W. Oklahoma Avenue between S. 42nd and S. 43rd Streets"
"On W. Nash Street between N. 27th Street and W. Hopkins Street from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM"
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of W. Senator Avenue from the east curb line of N. 33rd Street to a point 275 feet east thereof from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the east side of N. Sherman Boulevard from W. Capitol Drive to W. Ridge Court from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of W. Olive Street from N. 17th Street to N. 18th Street except Saturday and Sunday"
