This substitute ordinance will permit an elementary school.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-601.2.0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along North 35th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Galena Street, a line 63 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Galena Street and a line 120 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 35th Street, from Local Business (LB2) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
