Analysis
This ordinance reduces the number of members on the anti-graffiti policy committee from 7 to 5.  It changes the number appointed by the common council president from 4 to 3 and the number of citizen members appointed by the mayor from 2 to 1.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 320-37-1-0, 1-a and c of the code is amended to read:
 
320-37.  Anti-graffiti Policy Committee.
1.  COMPOSITION. There is created an anti-graffiti policy committee consisting of [7] >>5<< members serving 2-year terms:
a.  [Four] >>Three<< members appointed by the common council president, of which a minimum of [two] >>2<< members shall be members of the common council.
c.  [Two] >>One<< citizen [members] >>member<< appointed by the mayor.
