Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements
in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Right Turns on Red Signal is amended by adding the following:
On South Layton Boulevard at West National Avenue (Northbound)
On West Wells Street at North 27th Street (Westbound)
Part 2. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On South 6th Street from West Orchard Street to West Historic Mitchell Street
On North Teutonia Avenue from West North Avenue to West Wright Street
On West National Avenue from South 14th Street to South 17th Street
Part 3. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
“On South 7th Street at West Euclid Avenue”
Part 4. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by adding the following:
On South Linebarger Terrace at East Iron Street
On North 61st Street at West St. Paul Avenue
On West Rohr Avenue at North 49th Street
Part 5. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
“On West Chambers Street at North 24th Street”
Part 6. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On South 7th Street at West Euclid Avenue
On West McKinley Avenue at North 18th Street
On North 17th Street at West McKinley Avenue
On North 19th Street at West Juneau Avenue
On West Juneau Avenue at North 17th Street
On West Hope Avenue at North 73rd Street
On West Chambers Street and North 24th Street in all directions
