This resolution grants an utility easement on a seven by three foot (7' x 3') strip of City tax deed property for a pole anchor and guy wire to Wisconsin Bell, Inc., d/b/a Ameritech-Wisconsin, with the City being compensated $300 for this permanent easement.
BODY:
Whereas, Wisconsin Bell, Inc., needs to install a new pole and anchor with guy wire at the rear of said City tax deed property; and
Whereas, This pole and anchor with guy wire will not have an impact on the future development of said property; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee grants said Utility Easement on the City tax deed property located at 3321-23 West Lincoln Avenue, Tax Roll Key No. 494-0404-5; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Utility Easement with any proceeds being credited to the Tax Deficit Fund Account No. 02-211-2700.
