ALD. BUTLER moved that the Common Council do now resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Attorney Roger Pyzyek and Assistant City Attorney appeared relative to the foregoing matter.

ALD. NARDELLI moved to grant , despite recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee.
