Analysis

This ordinance repeals various obsolete and unnecessary code provisions relating to the issuance of bonds by the city.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 304-65 of the code is repealed.

Part 2.  Section 304-67 of the code is amended to read:

304-67.  Form of Bond and Note Prescribed.  [[The]] >>If not previously prescribed by the common council, the<< commissioners of the public debt shall prescribe the form of bonds and notes >>, which shall be<< issued [[under the provisions of ch. 67]] >>consistent with the requirements of chs. 66 and 67<< , Wis. Stats.

Part 3.  Section 304-69 of the code is repealed.
