Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

In the alley bounded by West Washington Street, West Scott Street, South 9th Street and South 10th Street

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Otjen Street to East Homer Street from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Except Saturday and Sunday”
