This ordinance repeals the sunset provision for the city's prohibition against panhandling which states that the ordinance will be null and void after December 31, 1998.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. Part 2 of File Number 961809, an ordinance relating to aggressive panhandling, passed on June 3, 1997, is repealed. (Note: The provision being repealed reads as follows:
 
Part 2. Section 106-1.1 shall be null and void after December 31, 1998.)
