Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residence (R/E/40) to Manufacturing (M/D/40), on land located on the East side of North 124th Street between West Bobolink Avenue and West Carmen Avenue, in the 15th Aldermanic District.

This substitute ordinance will rezone this residentially zoned vacant land to allow a manufacturer immediately to the South to expand Northward.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-510(4).0008. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 124th Street; a line 215.2 feet North of the North line of West Carmen Avenue; a line 248.2 feet East of the East line of North 124th Street and a line 325 feet South of the South line of West Bobolink Avenue, from Two-Family Residence (R/E/40) to Manufacturing (M/D/40).
