This substitute ordinance will rezone this residentially zoned vacant land to allow a manufacturer immediately to the South to expand Northward.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-510(4).0008. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 124th Street; a line 215.2 feet North of the North line of West Carmen Avenue; a line 248.2 feet East of the East line of North 124th Street and a line 325 feet South of the South line of West Bobolink Avenue, from Two-Family Residence (R/E/40) to Manufacturing (M/D/40).
