Analysis
Adoption of this resolution will permit the Redevelopment Authority to convey the properties according to the conditions in the Land Disposition Report.
Body
Whereas, On May 19, 2005, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee held a Public Hearing on the proposed sale as required by Wisconsin Statutes; and
Whereas, Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes and as a condition precedent to the sale, lease or transfer of land, the Redevelopment Authority submits herewith a Land Disposition Report describing the terms and conditions of the proposed sale; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Land Disposition Report dated May 19, 2005, with respect to the proposed sale of the following properties is approved:
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS
16th-20th/Center and 18th/Center
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY-OWNED PARCEL ADDRESSES
1626-28, 1702, 1706-14, 1721-23, 1722, 1725-27, 1726, 1729-31, 1730-32 and 1733-35 West Center Street; 2719 North 17th Street; and 2710, 2716-18 and 2720 North 18th Street
