Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West Capitol Drive from North Sherman Boulevard to North 47th Street from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the north side of West Capitol Drive from North Sherman Boulevard to West Fond du Lac Avenue from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the south side of West Capitol Drive from North Sherman Boulevard to North 54th Street from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Maple Street to a point 175 feet south
On South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Becher Street to the Kinnickinnic River
On the east side of South 3rd Street from a point 880 feet south of West Edgerton Avenue to a point 90 feet south thereof
On the east side of North 86th Street from West Lisbon Avenue to West Keefe Avenue
Part 3. Section 101-24-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On South Kinnickinnic Avenue from the Kinnickinnic River to the south line of East Bay Street, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM”
“On the east side of North 86th Street from West Lisbon Avenue to West Keefe Avenue”
