Analysis

This resolution amends the listing price of said property.

Body

Whereas, Common Council File No. 000835, adopted on November 8, 2000, declared surplus and directed that the Department of City Development sell the improved property at 3414 North 18th Street via the open listing method with an asking price of $30,000; and

Whereas, A recent inspection of the property determined that the original listing price is infeasible given the property's condition and, therefore, the Department of City Development recommends a reduction in the listing price to $10,700; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the listing price reduction is approved and that the Department of City Development is directed to advertise said property via the open listing method as contemplated in the original file referenced above.
