- ANALYSIS - This resolution approves an Out-of-Program Agreement between the City of Milwaukee and Gerd Voelker, a private property owner. The agreement identifies the public improvements required to support a proposed six lot, single family residential subdivision and the funding sources for the improvement costs. The subdivision will be located generally west of North 107th Street and north of West Tower Avenue extended. Mr. Voelker will pay for a public improvement costs with two exceptions: 1) The City will pay for storm sewer main improvements estimated to cost $20,000 using TID #36 as the funding source, and 2) The City of Milwaukee Water Works will pay 50% of the water main improvement costs estimated to cost a total of $25,000.


BODY:
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has recently approved a Development Agreement and associated Out-of-Program Agreement for a mixed use development to be known as Granville Park located generally west of North 107th Street and south of West Brown Deer Road, and

Whereas, Mr. Gerd Voelker owns vacant property immediately adjacent to this project and wishes to develop his land in conjunction with the Granville Park project; and

Whereas, Granville Park has been designed to accommodate Mr. Voelker's proposed six lot, single family residential subdivision; and

Whereas, A Tax Incremental Finance District (TID #36) has been created to fund a portion of the public improvement costs for the Granville Park project; and
