Analysis
This substitute resolution approves an updated Land Disposition Report relating to the conveyance of the Redevelopment Authority property at 2601 West Wisconsin Avenue to WIS27, LLC, for office development.
Body
Whereas, On April 17, 2012, the Common Council adopted File Number 111585, a resolution approving the Land Disposition Report conveying the Redevelopment Authority property at 2601 West Wisconsin Avenue to WIS27, LLC, for office development; and
 
Whereas, The original Land Disposition Report stated that "the final building plans must be consistent with preliminary plans the Buyer submitted for sale approval"; and
 
Whereas, The Common Council finds that the current building rendering dated October 19, 2012, submitted by the developer to the City and approved by the Commissioner, incorporates changes to address comments from members of the Common Council, and the State of Wisconsin; and
 
Whereas, The updated Land Disposition Report includes a current project description and final terms and conditions; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Land Disposition Report attached to Common Council File Number 111585 is rescinded and the attached updated Land Disposition Report  for  Common Council File Number 111585 is approved.
