Body
Whereas, The owner of the premises wishes to place a storm enclosure on the sidewalk at the entrance to the premises; and
Whereas, Said storm enclosure may only legally occupy the public right-of-way by the granting of a special privilege resolution by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Slims Florida LLC, 338 South 1st Street, Milwaukee, WI 53213 is hereby granted the following special privilege:
To keep, use and maintain a 4-foot deep by 5-foot wide storm enclosure extending onto the sidewalk on the north side of East Florida Street. The enclosure is located approximately 75 feet east of the eastline of South 1st Street. A 3-foot wide door is located in the east face of the enclosure hinged at the building. The enclosure extends 4 feet into the 15-foot wide fully concrete paved public sidewalk area on the north side of East Florida Street abutting the entrance to the building at 336-38 South 1st Street.
Said storm enclosure shall be placed, used and maintained to the approval of the Departments of Public Works and Neighborhood Services. All necessary permits shall have been obtained from the Permit Center

Further Resolved, That this special privilege is granted only on condition that by acceptance of this special privilege the grantee, Slims Florida LLC, shall:
