Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Additional funds must be authorized to undertake the following improvement:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 32nd St. - W. Hampton Ave. to W. Cameron Ave. (SM495030168) File Number 021756: Relay sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $164,000); and

Whereas, Additional funds must be authorized to undertake the following contract:

Various Aldermanic Districts

City wide. File Number 951184: Professional services contract to assist the Department of Public Works by providing design, procurement and construction services for a new supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) System. (Environmental Engineering O & M Fund 0490 to sub account 634001 - - $70,000); and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

E. Brady St. - N. Prospect Ave. to N. Holton St./N. Van Buren St. (ST211030136) File Number 021553: Asphalt resurfacing. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $25,000)

E. Lafayette Pl. - N. Oakland Ave. to N. Farwell Ave. (SM495030169) File Number 010040: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $61,000)

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work; and, be it
