Whereas, The actual expenditures for meetings attended by the public board members were greater than budgeted; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer the sum of up to $4,320 from the 2003 Common Council Contingent Fund Account No. 0001-9990-0001-C001-2003-006300 to the Boards and Commissions Reimbursement 2003 Special Purpose Account No. 0001-2110-0001-S108-2003-006300 for the purpose of reimbursing board members for 2003 expenses; and, be it

Further Resolved, That such amounts are to be expended by the City Comptroller for the year 2003.
